SaaS Product Dashboard

The client had a legacy AngularJS dashboard that was slow, difficult to maintain, and causing a high dropout rate during the free trial onboarding flow.

We audited the full user journey, identified 3 critical friction points, and proposed a full frontend rebuild using React with Firebase real-time sync.

Built with Next.js App Router, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Firebase. Implemented optimistic UI updates, skeleton loading states, and a simplified onboarding wizard.

After launch: 60% faster load time, 34% increase in trial-to-paid conversions, and 40% reduction in support tickets related to the dashboard.
